Clear Joins the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA)

We’re excited to announce that we have become members of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (EEA), the world’s largest open source blockchain initiative. EEA connects Fortune 500 enterprises (including Accenture, BP, Microsoft, ING, Intel, JP Morgan and others), startups, academics, and technology vendors with Ethereum subject matter experts. With more than 400 member companies, the EEA is the industry’s first global standards organization to deliver an open, standards-based architecture and specification to accelerate the adoption of Enterprise Ethereum.

Clear joined EEA to collaborate with industry leaders in pursuit of ethereum-based enterprise technology best practices, open standards, and open-source reference architectures. As an enterprise blockchain company, we are excited to help bring security, privacy, and scalability to global B2B trade and settlement processes and to support the adoption of Enterprise Ethereum. We have already worked with leading telcos to carry out several proof of concepts (PoCs) based on blockchain technology.

As a member of the Telecommunications Working Group, we will work closely with members to collaborate, exchange information, share use cases, and ensure that the EEA technical spec supports the telecom industry’s market requirements. We look forward to contributing to and sharing future use cases in the telecommunications industry, as well as other global industries.
